Dr. Michael Allen
Dr. Allen has lived in Colorado for the past 30 years, and considers himself a native. He attended Colorado College, and after working in the hotel business for more than a decade, followed his father’s footsteps and graduated from University of Louisville Dental school, Magna Cum Laude. He completed a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency through NYU/Lutheran Medical here in Pueblo. He enjoys skiing and hiking with his wife and two children in his spare time. “My goal is compassionate care and excellence in my dentistry.”

Dr. Kendall Skinner
Dr. Kendall Skinner received his dental degree from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2004. He has trained extensively since receiving his initial degree, focusing his efforts on dental implants and advanced dental surgery. He places dental implants, including All-on-4 implant dentures, and can perform sinus lift operations to augment bone and help ensure implant stability and longevity. He can also perform complex extractions, such as impacted wisdom teeth.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and three sons, especially while engaging in outdoor activities. He is a competitive bodybuilder and basketball player, but also enjoys spectator sports. He speaks conversational Japanese.
Alicia has been working in the dental field since 2008. She completed the Dental Assisting Program at Pueblo Community College in 2008, where she received an Associate’s of Applied Science Degree. She also attended Pueblo Community College in 2011, where she received her EDDA certification. One of the things she enjoys most about dentistry is helping patients obtain their perfect smile!
Alicia is also the proud mother of two children. Their hobbies include listening to music and going to concerts. But, most of all, they love to travel.
Donna has been in the dental field for more than 30 years. She was given the opportunity to learn hands-on. She enjoys learning something new each and every day, even when things are challenging. She has worked in a variety of offices in Colorado, Utah, and Idaho.
Donna takes pride in educating patients on the treatment that is presented to them and ensuring the patients feel comfortable and leave happy.
In her hours away from the office she enjoys time spent with her family and friends. You may also find her getting a little high altitude therapy in Cripple Creek.
Jerry L. Cox
Jerry was born in La Junta and graduated from La Junta High School. He graduated from Pueblo Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Assisting. He has been a dental assistant for over 20 years. He enjoys woodworking, hunting, fishing, and umpiring girls fastpitch softball.
Amy is a Registered Dental Hygienist at Advantage Dental Group. She graduated from Colorado Northwestern College-Rangely with her degree in dental hygiene.
She has been working in the dental field for 22 years, with the last 17 years spent as a hygienist providing preventive, therapeutic, and periodontal therapy. She chose the dental profession because of her passion to help others with their dental and overall health.
A Colorado native, she enjoys the beautiful outdoors and spending time with her family.
While in High School, Bobbi was given the opportunity to go to Pueblo Community College to become a dental assistant, so she entered the dental field. After 8 years working in general practice, periodontal, oral surgery, and denture practices, she decided she needed to return to school to become a dental hygienist. In 2003, she graduated from Colorado Northwest Community College as a dental hygienist. She says, “I absolutely love my job! I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.” She has spent a total of 21 years in the dental field, with 13 years at Advantage Dental Group.
Michelle was born and raised in Pueblo. She is a dental hygienist who has been caring for patients for over 25 years. Educated at the University of New Mexico, Michelle has gained invaluable experience working in Denver, Colorado Springs, and Pueblo. She has worked in many different practices, including those focused on family practice, cosmetic dentistry, and periodontics. She has always found that you meet the nicest people in dentistry. Her greatest reward is knowing that the skills she has developed during the many years of practice enable her to improve dental health for every person she cares for!
