At Advantage Dental Group, we honor major insurance plans, including Delta Dental. Since we are preferred providers and in-network with Delta Dental, members of this plan will have lower copays than they would with out-of-network providers.
Delta Dental only provides dental coverage, so if you have this plan, it is separate from your medical, pharmacy, and vision benefits. This insurance company has several different plans, including:
- Delta Dental PPO
- Delta Dental EPO
Depending on your coverage with Delta Dental, you have access to partial or total coverage for preventative care like cleanings and checkups, and procedures like fillings and root canals.
If you are a new patient at Advantage Dental Group or your insurance policy has changed since your last visit, be sure to bring your dental insurance card along to your appointment. If you were not issued an insurance card, don’t worry! We only need your member ID or social security number and date of birth, and we can look up your coverage. Our staff will submit a claim on your behalf and do our best to reduce your expenses. If you have any questions, call our office at 719-545-1400 or visit the Delta Dental website.
